Dynamo Core ("we", "us") supplies POS devices and builds websites and web apps for businesses. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and your rights. We handle personal data in line with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
What we collect
When you send a quote or project enquiry, we collect your name, company name, business type, phone number, email address, country, and anything you write in your message. When you send the form, these details are emailed to us so we can reply. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone, we keep a record of that conversation. Our website may also collect basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes, deliver and support the devices or services you buy, and send you information you have asked for. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We only share your information when needed to serve you, for example with device manufacturers, delivery partners, or payment providers involved in your order. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
We also use a small number of service providers to run this website. Our site is hosted by Vercel, and quote and project forms are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit. They handle your information only to provide these services to us. Some of them store data on servers outside Ghana.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and customer records for as long as needed to provide our services, handle warranty and support, and meet legal and accounting requirements. After that, we delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also object to us using it for marketing. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
